This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for a paid media specialist ready to own the full performance marketing function for a portfolio of ambitious ecommerce brands, and grow it into something bigger.

You will manage campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms for clients who also operate across wholesale and marketplaces. as well as deliver B2B Lead Generation. The work is varied, the clients are growing, and the remit extends well beyond pushing buttons in ads manager.

Role Specification

What You Will Do

Lead paid media strategy and execution across 10 client accounts, aligning campaigns with commercial objectives rather than vanity metrics. Manage our own agency lead generation, because we practice what we preach. Build relationships with Google, Meta, and emerging ad platforms to secure partner accreditations and early access to new features. Deliver four thought leadership pieces annually on emerging paid media opportunities. Support new business pitches with strategic input and technical expertise. Lay the groundwork for the team you will eventually lead.

What We Are Looking For

Three to five years in paid media with hands on experience across Google Ads, Meta, and ideally TikTok. Direct to consumer ecommerce experience is essential. Hybrid retail exposure covering wholesale and marketplaces is a significant advantage. Google and Meta accreditations preferred. Commercial awareness that connects campaign performance to business outcomes. The ability to present confidently to clients and lead strategic conversations. Someone ready to take ownership, not wait for instructions.

Bonus Points

Retail or FMCG sector experience. Familiarity with Klaviyo and lifecycle marketing. Understanding of Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento. Ability to support tracking implementation and analytics beyond standard platform reporting. Lead generation experience in multiple markets.
