Understanding The Challenge
Fresh Coffee asked us to help them do two things. The primary aim was scaling their ecommerce store to 85+ orders per day, which would quadruple the revenue on the website and dramatically increase their competitiveness on pricing due to higher volumes being processed. The secondary aim was supporting their B2B retail outreach to help stock their products in more supermarkets, individual retailers and other websites. The entire business needed to see a fourfold revenue growth in 24 months.

Our Approach
We knew that Fresh Coffee had strong products, we just needed to get them into the hands of customers to pair strong marketing strategy with strong social proof. We focused on three key areas: stunning visuals, improving sales channels and driving paid spend returns. We created engaging photography, social content, video ads, social ads and email marketing campaigns for their existing ecommerce store and Amazon storefront. We paired this with community management to create social proof for the brand. The revenue generated allowed Fresh Coffee to invest in building a more sophisticated Shopify website with automation to speed up D2C operations and provide subscription coffee sales.

Learnings From Project
Working with Fresh Coffee Shop taught us the importance of building systems that enable reinvestment. By generating strong returns early, the brand could invest in more sophisticated infrastructure. We also learned that subscription models require a different approach to one time purchases, with lifetime value becoming the critical metric rather than single transaction value.
