With a renewed four-year framework, an emerging UK partnership opportunity and growing demand for specialist services, the business was ready for its next phase of growth. The opportunity was to build a marketing capability that matched the quality of delivery, presenting Salterton at the scale of its actual capability to the UK police forces, international governments and corporate security teams that need specialist expertise in financial investigations, modern slavery, fraud assessment and strategic policing transformation.

We structured the partnership across three phases.

The foundation phase focuses on credible commercial infrastructure: a complete new website, brand evolution, and a messaging framework calibrated for government procurement teams, police leadership and corporate risk managers. Content development is led by a structured editorial process, working closely with Salterton's leadership to develop capability-led service pages across Professional Standards, Economic Crime and Financial Investigations, Cyber Security and Digital Capability, Marine and Specialist Operations, Safeguarding, and Strategic Crisis Communications. Specialist profiles for senior consultants have been reformatted to a consistent template, and a programme of thought leadership content and case studies that demonstrate methodology and outcomes without breaching client confidentiality is being developed for LinkedIn and the blog.

As the digital foundation goes live, the partnership moves into authority building through targeted LinkedIn campaigns, paid distribution of original content, and InMail outreach into Salterton's network of police leadership and corporate security contacts.
