Understanding The Challenge

All Urban's website had stopped generating meaningful traffic through Google since August 2024. Without organic visibility, they were entirely dependent on referrals and direct business development for new enquiries. They needed to understand what had caused the decline, fix it, and establish new lead generation channels to diversify their pipeline.
