Understanding The Challenge

Evellier had been running since 2014 bringing high end lingerie and intimate wear to customers across multiple continents. Their founder Katy wanted to create a global marketplace for lingerie, swimwear and clothing in the style of Selfridges, focused entirely on boutique and hard to find brands. The business had strong connections in the fashion world and was growing steadily, but needed supercharging to achieve strong profit margins. A significant limiting factor was the original brand positioning targeting women over 45, which restricted the potential customer base. The platform also struggled with low stock turnover and needed direction on how to communicate effectively with consumers and potential sellers across the USA, UK and Australia.

Our Approach

We rebuilt the business offering from a product, operation and market perspective. We realigned the brand position to bring a positive confidence message to more women, tailoring messaging for different global regions and developing an inclusive brand position for different cultures. Over five months we worked with Evellier to improve operational activity impacting customer experience, developed a full service marketing campaign creating content, copy, website development, email and brand guidelines. We then deployed all changes and supported the team to position the business for sale with PKF Finance in Australia.
