They began with a zipline site in Cornwall at the Eden Project, building out other activities like sky walks and high-G swings, then expanded to two UK locations. Understanding The Challenge

Hangloose hired us to manage the digital transformation of their sales journey for online customers between two locations. We were set an extensive brief to build a new website that would rank highly in two locations across the UK, while offering more upsells before customers arrived and tailoring marketing based on 35 variation points relating to visitor weight, package level and weather affecting attendance.

Our Approach

Over eight months we built a fully integrated digital marketing suite across Klaviyo email, Google and Meta Suite, partnered with a fully bespoke website with custom design built from scratch and integrated with a custom API to a booking engine. We connected the email marketing system with 35+ marketing journey variations to upsell customers and increase post-visit gifting and package purchases. We delivered on budget and over delivered on functionality.

Rethinking every step of the marketing journey to work with logic for two locations rather than one required significant planning and testing. The combination of marketing expertise and extra effort outside agreed project budget delivered a solution that hit all brief points on budget.
