PowderKeg Brewery wanted to scale D2C revenue from £20K to £56K annually, but initial PPC efforts weren't delivering sufficient profitability to justify continued investment. They needed a comprehensive approach combining multiple marketing channels with website optimisation to create a sustainable growth engine.

Our Approach
We delivered a twelve month ecommerce marketing accelerator totalling 210 hours, combining a 27 email automation system, PPC, SEO, cart upsell, CRO and Shopify migration support. We also delivered an additional 53 hours for Shopify migration at no extra cost when the project scope expanded beyond original requirements.
