Understanding The Challenge
The initial brief was to assist with website development after they'd been left high and dry by a previous partner. They needed urgent support to get the website working correctly ahead of an important event. For the first twelve months we were tasked with implementing new features and optimising the website, responsible for keeping it live and functioning to its best ability. Following this stage, we developed an action plan for the following year to improve site impact.

Our Approach
We provided 24/7 website monitoring and optimisation, website development for all features and optimisations, set up customised tracking in GA4 and via APIs tying into a Klaviyo CDP, created automated reporting via Google Data Studio to measure impact using Google Surveys and other features, and implemented a global SEO campaign partnered with PPC to deliver users of interest to the platform.

Learnings From Project
This project demonstrated the importance of robust tracking and analytics when measuring impact for non-profit initiatives. Being able to accurately capture insight and data from people using the tool helps the team communicate accurate impact statistics to stakeholders and improve the service based on real user behaviour.
