Understanding The Challenge

Swole Panda was experiencing a concerning trend: while traffic continued to increase, conversion rates were declining. This indicated fundamental issues with the customer journey that simply driving more traffic wouldn't solve. They needed to understand why visitors weren't converting and implement changes to reverse the trend while also ensuring their paid media spend was working as efficiently as possible.
